These terms govern the use of the SoliChess application, operated by RSB Artesanía Digital, S.L., with registered office in Barcelona (Spain). By downloading or using the application, you accept these conditions.
1.Acceptance and operator
The service is operated by RSB Artesanía Digital, S.L. Using the application implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the application.
2.Use of the application
You may access the application solely for personal entertainment purposes. The following, among other conduct, is prohibited:
- Reverse-engineering, modifying or creating derivative works from the application.
- Using it to harass, abuse or harm others, or to distribute malware or spam.
- Using it in any way that infringes applicable law or the rights of third parties.
3.Intellectual property
All content, design, code and materials in the application are owned by RSB or its licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.
4.Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, RSB makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RSB's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user during the preceding twelve months or, if no amount has been paid, to zero. Indirect, consequential or punitive damages are excluded.
6.Modifications
We may update these terms and the application at any time. Continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
7.Suspension and termination
RSB reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in the event of a breach of these terms or on justified grounds. Users may stop using the application at any time.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without application of conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that apply under the law.
