At RSB Artesanía Digital, S.L. we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process when you use the SoliChess application and website, for what purpose and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2.Data we process
- App and device data: device type, operating system and version, device or advertising identifier, language and time zone, session length and the screens or levels used.
- Website data: IP address, browser information and browsing data collected through cookies or similar technologies.
- Data you provide: what you send when you write to us by email or through contact and support forms.
We do not process payment data (handled by the app stores) or special categories of data such as health or precise location.
3.Purposes and legal basis
We use the information to provide and operate the service, improve the gameplay experience, analyse usage trends in aggregate, respond to your enquiries, send you service notifications and comply with our legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of the relationship with the user, our legitimate interest in improving the service and, where applicable, your consent.
4.Sharing with third parties
We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf under contract (for example, hosting or analytics) and with analytics or advertising platforms. We only share data when legally required or in the context of a business restructuring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.
5.Retention
We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
6.Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing by writing to devel@rsbagency.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing communications, disable push notifications, manage cookies and control your advertising identifier from your device settings. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7.Minors
SoliChess is not intended to collect data from minors without the consent of those holding parental authority or guardianship. If we detect such processing without appropriate authorisation, we will delete it.
8.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version on this page along with its update date.
